I booked queen room and everything was perfect. Location near the outskirts of Shrewsbury and a business park on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.

Some of the staff were poor.

A dog friendly hotel with reasonable location, plus the staff were more than helpful. Room was fine and warm, had modern furniture. Everything seemed okay, reasonably clean. The early check-in too.

The service was exceptional and staff were WELCOMING. The breakfast had lots of food, like yoghourt, fruit and toast. Easy check in and late check out. Ideal location to an abbey church.

The bed in our room was a bit hard.
